www.globepharmacy.my offers FPX and online banking. We will be adding more methods in the future.
Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have the bank's confirmation.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at email@example.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order. In the body of your email kindly include a copy of your payment receipt.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 1 - 3 days for peninsula Malaysia and 2 - 5 days for east Malaysia. We use courier services such as Poslaju or GDex.
