However, in case you have any issue with the product(s) and would like a return or refund kindly follow these instructions. It is advise that you read this guidelines before making a purchase. Our goal is to make the return or refund process simple and easy so you can have a comfortable online shopping experience with us.

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, expired or different from the sample shown then we will meet our obligations which include refunding the purchase price or providing a replacement product.
For all returns, the cost of shipping will be borne by the buyer (except items that meet the conditions as stated in article 2). Shipping costs will not be refunded for refunds as the shipping cost is passed to courier company and we do not profit from shipping.
For returns which the buyer has to initiate, please return items by courier service only and provide tracking reference for the return. We will not be responsible should there be a delay in shipping which may not meet your expected date of receiving due to events such as strikes, public holidays or festive season, etc.

It is always our objective to ensure all items are in good conditions before shipment. However, some minor damages (though seldom) but may occur to packaging due to package handling during delivery of order. Minor defects like broken or damaged packaging are not returnable as it does not affect the actual content of the product.
Some of our product have sizes such as wrist / ankle supports or socks. We understand the concern about sizes especially those that are new to online shopping. If the item you ordered is the wrong size, we are happy to exchange the item as long as it is in new condition, unused and unworn with packing intact and not damaged.
When buying items with sizes, you must know your own body measurements so that you can compare it with the products size chart before you make a purchase.
We recommend you take a look at the size chart of the item(s) you are interested to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements.
